Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with AstroSim. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid subscription.
1. Eligibility
Refunds are available for paid plan subscriptions (Basic or Pro) within 7 days of the original purchase date. This applies to both monthly and annual billing cycles.
The free plan has no associated charges and is therefore not eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@astrogenius.com.br with:
- The email address associated with your AstroSim account.
- The date of purchase.
- A brief description of your reason (optional, but appreciated).
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment provider) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- Renewal charges — if you wish to cancel, do so before the renewal date.
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial periods of use (e.g., mid-cycle cancellations on monthly plans).
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you are within the 7-day refund window and wish to cancel and receive a refund, please contact us directly.
